Wow yes thank you for the comment. It’s chapter 15 in the book. One of the easiest to read because it’s so fascinating. I think Edmonds did a good job of covering all the possible angles without being unfair. Some of this stuff is unintended consequences but it’s helpful to have people point it out so it can be worked out.
